Terms of use

This site lets you apply to Pinwheel Place for help, and place requests once your application is approved. It runs on Impactly, the platform the organization uses.

Pinwheel Place decides who is eligible and what it can provide, based on its own rules and the supplies it has. Submitting an application, or having one approved, does not create an entitlement to a particular amount or a particular timescale.

Please make sure what you submit is correct and current. These programs share limited supplies among families who need them, and information that is not true may mean access is withdrawn.

• Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.
• If a social worker applied on your behalf, they hold the login and manage access.

• Use the service only to seek help for your own family.
• Do not try to reach other people's accounts or records.
• Do not try to damage, overload or disrupt the service.

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults. If you need urgent help, contact Pinwheel Place directly rather than waiting on the website.

These terms may be updated when the way the service works changes. The version published here is always the current one.
