What we send

We send a text only when something changes on your own request or application:

your application is approved or reviewed
your request is approved
your order is ready for pickup
your order has been delivered

How often

Message frequency varies — you will only receive a text when your own request or application changes status, typically a few times a month.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

How we ask for your permission

We never text anyone who has not asked us to. On our application form there is a checkbox, unticked by default, that reads:

Yes, Pinwheel Place may text me about my request or application.
